Last week was truly special as we had the pleasure of hosting our colleagues from Rete PMI Romagna and Gruppo Giovani Imprenditori – Rete PMI Romagna for an inspiring gathering at the beautiful Podere Palazzo in the Cesena hills.

The evening was filled with meaningful discussions about family business, generational transition, and the perfect balance between tradition and innovation – values that have shaped C&C group’s 40-year journey.

Our founder, Claudio Casadei, shared insights on how the customization of our machines has been our winning strategy, making us global ambassadors of Italian expertise in combining design, technology, and reliability. Together with Lucia Casadei, who has significantly contributed to our technological and organizational development, we explored the delicate balance between preserving tradition and embracing innovation.

We were honored to host Giovanni Fracasso, Wealth Management and Family Business Expert, who provided valuable insights on family business dynamics and the crucial decisions needed to ensure sustainable business growth across generations.
